At Last a New Dish Called Pescadore. Prawns, Mussels, Scallops, Clams and Salmon tossed together in a Garlic White Wine Fresh Herb Sauce, with fresh Peppers and Onions with Angel Hair Pasta. Garnished with Parmesean Cheese.
A new Favorite! Chef's Honey Crunch Pecans, served with a Chipotle Aioli! I would describe this Aioli as sweet, smokey and tangy! It's a new entree, but I can already tell it is going to be a Favorite!
Traditional Prawn Caesar Salad, with Hearts of Romaine, Parmesan Cheese, Grilled Tiger Prawns, fresh lemon, and our House Made Caesar Dressing, garnished with a Anchovy Fillet.
